38 Hope Street
38 Hope Street is a transformation from a group of decaying buildings of a former manufacturing facility into a mixed-income community of 150 residences to the village of Niantic, CT. These residences will bring people—long-term residents and new arrivals alike—into the core of the town to build a stronger, enduring Niantic.
For Vespera Investments, Shook Kelley master planned and designed a total of 150 for-sale market rate and affordable residential units as part of the 38 Hope Street infill project, a small residential community which will set the foundation for a project that embraces community growth and environmental protection into an orchestrated program of building for the future, with the belief in development being a catalyst for conservation.
