For co-developers Space Craft and Swinerton, Shook Kelley is serving as urban planner, building planner, architect and interior designer for multiple mixed-use boutique apartment developments crafted for urbanites who want to live, work and play in the walkable and expanding LYNX Blue light rail corridor. These projects are setting the foundation to grow pedestrian-friendly development across region.
