For Pappas Properties, Shook Kelley provided master planning and conceptual design for this mixed use project located along, at the time, what was Charlotte’s new vintage trolley line.
Included within the planned development is 400 units of market-plus rental and for-sale multi-family units; 40,000 SF of retail space including 3 restaurants and a gourmet supermarket, and a variety of service offices and work/live units. The proposed centerpiece of the development is the museum store and working trolley barn for Charlotte Trolley, Inc.
